A classic Montana Sapphire in a superb size and of top quality. The color is the distinctive greenish-blue that heated Missouri River stones are known for; it is consistent and of a perfect tone that is not at all dark. Fine US cutting in a popular shape and excellent face-up appeal. Stones of this size, especially clean ones, are tougher and tougher by the year to locate and continue to appreciate in cost. These are difficult to get ‘right’ in larger sizes and this one ticks all the boxes indeed.
