Red Beryl / Bixbite
Among the rarest gemstone materials in the world, Red Beryl is found in gem quality only within the Wah Wah Mountains of southwestern Utah. Formed under an unusual combination of geological conditions, crystals suitable for faceting are exceptionally scarce, with most yielding only very small finished gems. Distinguished by its vivid red color and remarkable rarity, Red Beryl occupies a unique position among collector gemstones. Fine examples display an intensity and purity of color rivaling the finest red gems while remaining one of the least available species in the marketplace.
