An extraordinary example of a very rare collector's gem.  Not for the faint of heart, Villiaumite has a Moh's hardness of 2.5 which is equivalent to a fingernail.  Not only that, it is slightly water soluble!  Oh yes, and as Sodium Fluoride, it is also fairly toxic as well - it shouldn't be touched with bare hands.  Stones have been cut from a few localities worldwide, but the Namibian material has the most sought after of colors - a fine and bright pinkish-orange.  Specimens from this area are highly prized, so cutting rough is exceptionally hard to source.  As are those willing to cut it, as you may imagine.  In fact, this is the first Namibian example we have had.  Ingeniously cut as a freeform piece to capitalize on the shape of the crystal.  Great color and extremely rare.
