Almost always seen as cabs, we liked the idea of having a piece of this agatized dinosaur bone done as a traditional faceted stone. These always have lovely patterns due to the unique pattern of the bone that was later replaced and by agate. These are usually entirely opaque of course and that is true in most lighting for this one piece, but it does have a special little treat; in strong light you can actually see through the edges through what we guess was the original lacunae in the bone. Great stone!
