A superb gem example of the rarest and most sought after color for this species. There has been nothing more than a trickle of these gems for many years and we almost never see them - they have been known for decades but are beyond elusive. Given the saturation and attractive hue the demand has always far outpaced the supply - so we are thrilled to offer a large and clean example. Amblygonite is typically pale yellow or colorless so this is not only an unusual mix for the species but it is a color not often seen in many stones outside of Apatite and some very expensive Tourmaline.
