Quite simply the very best example from an interesting find of gem Enstatite in southern Kenya. The color is remarkably fine for the species which is typically known for dark and muddy brown gems. Lab analysis points to Iron and Chromium as a cause for the unique color. Excellent cutting and a color that is ‘just right,’ without strong brown or yellow modifier. Completely clean as well, there were few this attractive.
