We almost never see a gem Sapphire with inclusions that could be described as adding to the overall quality of the gem. While Quartz is a famous host for all manner of inclusion stones, Sapphires typically look much worse with any foreign mineral inclusions. Here is a fascinating exception, one with such a magnificent little world within that we think it merits the Jardin typically reserved for Emerald. You have to look closely to begin to appreciate this - the almost metallic mineral inclusions that differ in luster - this is noticeable when you get reflected light from the facets, so have a look at the first photo and the upper two crown facets. Here the inclusion comes to the surface and you can see the bright spot of its luster.
Then, as you explore more you see the wild zone in the lower right quadrant - here the fine silk forms an echo of the crystal habit. Dazzling in the last photo, it has an almost trapiche like form suspended in the stone. The discoveries will continue with this one, certainly among the most unique we have offered. All of this with the frame of a beautiful deep magenta bodycolor and fine cutting. Amazing stone.
