One of the rarest collector's gems available, gem grade Poudretteite was only reported a few years ago - see Gems and Gemology Spring 2003. At well over 1/4 ct. this is actually quite large for the species and more rare for the fine clarity and cutting. There are just a few wispy needle type inclusions that are generally lost in the brilliance. The color is a soft but distinct pink. One of the few available. $875 total |
