1.23 ct. Hemimorphite

Not something that you typically see, faceted Chinese Hemimorphite.  These are almost always of bead, or at best cabochon, quality, and we can't recall having seen any of this material faceted before.  This stone does actually have a bit more transparency than you usually see and, of course, has that highly distinctive color.  A gemological curiosity to be sure!
