15.50 ct. Quartz with Rutile

Rutile as an inclusion is most familiar as very thin needles, rarely are you able to capture larger, well formed crystals.  This piece does just that - a perfectly colorless Quartz cab with a large terminated crystal of deep red Rutile running through it.  For a nice contrast there is a more traditional thin Rutile needle running behind.  Great looking piece.
