0.61 ct. Mimetite

A superb Mimetite; one of the best we have seen.  A fantastic vibrant yellow bodycolor and exceptionally fine cutting for this rare material.  This stone was carefully custom cut from a very rare and very gemmy piece of Tsumeb rough we were lucky enough to come across awhile back.  We wanted to make sure this one came out just right, so we took our time - indeed this stone has been in the pipeline for well over a year.  Mimetites of this quality and comparatively large size are simply unavailable in the market.  A tough piece to let go and essentially irreplaceable!
