2.80 ct. Pakistani 'Mint' Peridot

Several months ago we offered a singular example of Pakistani Peridot of the lightest and most pleasing tone that we had ever seen.  Since then we have been actively searching for more of this exceptional material and have finally located another fine stone to offer.  The color is just exceptional - a crisp and pure green that is very hard to believe as Peridot upon first inspection.  Have a look at the comparison photos below - the first pairs this gem with a very fine traditional Peridot and the second with a 'Mint' Grossular from Merelani.  Very interesting to say the least!

This lovely example is perfectly clean and has been precision cut as a fine emerald radiant.  A very fine size as well - simply nothing we can say against this intriguing rarity.
