A magnificent stone from the 'other' deposit for gem Rhodochrosite.  Gems from this deposit have a distinctly redder bodycolor than the much more well known gems from Colorado.  This gem is an exceptional size, indeed it is the largest we have offered from this area.  Moreover, the fine custom cutting absolutely sets off the fine color - Rhodos from any area are not easy stones to cut, so a custom job is the absolute best way to set off the color and high optical properties of this material.  A collection centerpiece for sure.
